Accounts Receivable

We can process your weekly, by-weekly payroll. Whether it is done with QuickBooks software, ADP, Paychex or any other software, we can process your employees’ payroll, process the payroll taxes and reports with the different government agencies and process your year-end W2’s. Period-end/Month-end Closing
Closing the month entails the reviewing of all the general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements. We review the accounts to ensure the transactions have been properly recorded and reconciled and all the transactions have taken place during the specific month. In the month end closing we need to review the revenue, income and expense accounts, inventory levels, the assets accounts such as pre-paid accounts, fixed assets, etc. Reviewing the accruals and prepaid have been posted properly. WE will help you with the month-end/period-end closing to ensure all your financials and books are accurate.
